We remove the high profit component from the price so that we can always say there was more profit to make on a particular property. This allows you to have some equity in the property compared to the Fair Market Value of the Property.

Our goal is to sell our properties quickly to you and other home buyers, with the help of our internet connections, thereby making our money on the volume of homes sold.

We offer our properties on our Web Site coupled with emails thru Twitter, a Face Book Page for the Property and a Home Tour which can be seen on You Tube and linked from our web site. We also send new home announcements thru regular emails to our Buyers' List and to those that request them thru the below sign-up.

Due to the low prices we offer, our homes are rarely available more than a few days and may already have binders on them by the time they are posted on our web site. We do accept back-up binders which are held in escrow by our lawyers.
